The Park Hyatt Tokyo is revered for the its world-class food and beverage program. The menus are seasonal and the produce is sourced from the finest suppliers in every corner of Japan, some of which are exclusive partnerships. So when the hotel hired a new executive and pastry chefs we thought it would be a perfect opportunity to tell The Park Hyatt's story by having the new chefs travel to Kyushuu to meet and build new relationships with their suppliers. It succeeded at bringing a human face and touch to the brand while telling a beautiful visual story of farm to table initiative.
