A shared vision about the New Tokyo
A project born out of a desire for authentic experiences. It is the intersection of a shared vision and purpose based on a passion for people, culture, hospitality, and design. poweredby.tokyo, the torchbearers for the New Tokyo and its ever-changing landscape, have made it its mission to capture and communicate this progression. Transit, always the purveyors of first-rate hospitality and interior design, understand this rapid change and its significance.
CONCEPT
A love letter to Tokyo and its hard-working men and women
Trends come and go, and culture evolves, but authenticity must remain constant. Together, we have created a love letter to not only the city of Tokyo but also to the hard-working men and women whose tireless dedication to their craft makes Tokyo the magnificent city that it is.
We featured Transit staff and representatives in the book and asked them to share their favourite place in the city what Tokyo means to them personally. We chose the print medium as we wanted the piece to be available for free pick up at TRANSIT shops across the Greater Tokyo Area. A timeless piece of Tokyo to be treasured and shared.
